Social Services Worker at the Home for Persons with Disabilities in Vrbně pod Pradědem
Job Description:
• Providing direct care services to persons with intellectual disabilities.
• Supporting their independence, training in basic daily activities, and assisting with hygiene and dressing, handling equipment, aids and laundry, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Supporting service users in their personal interests, rights, leisure activities, and recreational engagement.
Requirements:
• Secondary education with a vocational certificate in fields specified in applicable legal regulations or in other fields.
• If qualification requirements are not met, completion of an accredited qualification course for social services workers within 12 months of employment start.
• Active approach and willingness to cooperate.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Independence, responsibility, reliability, flexibility, stress resilience, and willingness to continue learning.
• Knowledge of PC operation (WORD, EXCEL, Outlook, web browsers).
• Driver's license – category B, advantageous.

• 40 hours per week, uneven distribution, continuous operation in single-shift night shift work (short week: Wednesday, Thursday; long week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Salary placement in salary grade 5 based on credited years of service in accordance with public service and administration salary regulations (21 520 – 30 420 Kč) + personal allowance in accordance with § 131 Labor Code No. 262/2006 Coll. as amended after probation period + special allowance in accordance with § 8, group IV of Government Regulation 341/2017 Coll. as amended.
