We expect independence, clean criminal record, health fitness, responsible approach to work, and willingness to actively participate in user care. Flexibility and willingness to work shifts when needed to ensure continuous service operation are also important. The requirement is completion of a social services worker training course according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., or willingness to complete it.
