Job responsibilities include providing basic care, assisting with hygiene and meals, supporting clients in developing independence and social skills, implementing recreational and activation activities based on individual client needs, and working with individual plans in an online system. We require reliability, a respectful approach to clients, willingness to learn new things, health fitness, and a clean criminal record. Education in accordance with Law No. 108/2006 Coll. is required, or the possibility of completing qualification through a social services worker course after hiring. Experience in the field, particularly with people with intellectual disabilities or ASD, is an advantage.
