What you will do:
- Provide direct care and basic educational non-pedagogical activities for people with intellectual disabilities combined with physical disabilities,
- develop individual manual skills and reinforce acquired social and work habits of assigned clients,
- provide clients with support and guidance in areas of nutrition, purchasing personal necessities, household chores, and personal hygiene care with consideration for their individual abilities,
- provide nursing care to clients when necessary,
- be responsible for the safety and health of assigned clients,
- participate in further training, meetings, and supervision sessions.
What we require from you:
- Accredited qualification course for social services workers and secondary education with a vocational certificate, or secondary education with a school-leaving examination or higher education in fields focused on social activities, care work, etc., or a sanitary course with a certificate issued no later than December 31, 2006 (the qualification course for social services workers must be completed within 12 months of starting employment),
- mental and physical readiness to work with people with intellectual disabilities,
- health fitness, vaccination against hepatitis type B according to § 9, decree 537/2006, Coll.,
- responsibility,
- ability to empathize, communicativeness, positive approach, teamwork,
- willingness to further develop and educate yourself,
- professional approach to work,
- criminal record clearance,
- group B driving license (active driver),
- excellent knowledge of PC work.
