Commercial Operations Worker – Kitchen Assistant

We are recruiting a kitchen assistant for our food service operations at VNOI. Work in a single-shift operation (Monday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM). 5 shifts in one week, 4 shifts in the next week. Assistant work preparing meals – peeling potatoes and vegetables, cutting, shredding, portioning salads, spreads, etc. Cleaning food service department areas, washing dishes in the employee dining hall, washing dishes from medical departments in a high-capacity conveyor dishwasher. Assistance with portioning food on the plating line. Handling waste from the food service department. On weekends and holidays, handling carts and stainless steel transport containers when delivering meals to medical departments.
