Cemetery Grounds Worker - Tree and Vegetation Care Specialist

Job Description: - Providing expert care for trees and shrubs in a sensitive environment with a specialization in arboriculture Safety pruning: removal of dead, broken, or hazardous branches above graves and cemetery pathways Risk felling: gradual tree removal using rope techniques in close proximity to tombstones Tree diagnostics: assessing the health and stability of trees, identifying cavities and rot Planting and development: selecting and planting suitable tree species that will not damage grave sites with their roots Brace installation: stabilizing tree crowns using safety straps to prevent splitting Required Qualifications: Czech Certified Arborist (ČCA) certificate (level Climber or Ground Worker) Certification for working at heights and over open drops using rope techniques Valid certification for operating chainsaws and brush cutters Knowledge of dendrology, phytopathology (tree diseases), and operational safety Very good physical fitness High work commitment and flexibility Group B driver's license; experience in the field is a plus Employee Benefits: 5 weeks of vacation, meal allowance, pension insurance Contact by email ONLY.
