Requirements: - Apprenticeship certificate in Cook/Waiter or experience in food or gastronomy operations - Attention to detail and diligence in record-keeping, organizational skills - Good physical fitness (health prerequisites) - Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment at approximately 12°C.
