NADĚJE, Otrokovice branch is hiring a new colleague for the position of Social Services Worker in a Residential Home for People with Disabilities We require qualifications in accordance with the Social Services Act No. 108/2006 Coll.; experience working with people with intellectual disabilities is an advantage; good communication skills, stress resilience, medical fitness, criminal record clearance, alignment with NADĚJE's mission, a positive attitude toward people with intellectual disabilities, basic computer skills. Job Responsibilities: assisting clients with personal care, supporting client independence, assisting with orientation in time and place, supporting clients in developing social and community contacts, maintaining social documentation.
