What You Will Do: • Direct care for clients with health disabilities (individuals with chronic mental illness and combined psychosocial and mental disabilities) – assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, dressing, and daily household activities, client activation, and collaboration in individual planning. • Collaboration with a team of specialists and client families. • Administrative tasks related to social service delivery (e.g., daily care records and care implementation). • Continuous operations in a two-shift system (12-hour shifts, morning/night shifts). What We Require: • Genuine interest in working with people with chronic mental illness and combined psychosocial and mental disabilities, empathy, patience, and listening skills. • Responsible and positive approach to working with people with chronic mental illness and combined psychosocial and mental disabilities. • Experience working with people with chronic mental illness and combined psychosocial and mental disabilities (preferred). • Team spirit as well as ability to work independently. • Criminal record clearance and health fitness. • Basic qualifications as per Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services (or willingness to obtain them).
