Full-time position for a fixed period of 1 year, with the possibility of subsequent extension. Irregular work schedule including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (40 hours/week) or including Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and night shifts (37.50 hours/week). What awaits you: • Your main task will be to support adults with intellectual disabilities in their daily lives. This is not institutionalized care, but rather accompaniment and support in everyday activities, just as each of us experiences them at home. • Specifically: - Support clients with routine daily activities (cooking, cleaning, shopping). - Help clients develop independence. - Spend leisure time with clients (walks, activities, hobbies). - Accompany clients (doctor appointments, hairdresser, interest-based activities). - Create a pleasant and safe home environment. - Provide individualized approach according to each client's needs. Who we're looking for: • We're seeking a person who: - Is empathetic, patient, responsible, and reliable. - Can manage routine household tasks and enjoys working in a natural environment. - Can work well in a team. - Has a desire to learn new things. - Has a social services worker certificate, is currently pursuing it, or is willing to complete it. - Actively drives – holds a valid Group B driver's license and is willing and able to drive company vehicles. • Experience in social services is an advantage, not a requirement.
