Education: minimum secondary school education in construction field or university degree in construction; recent graduates welcome. Required skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, reliability, responsibility, proactive work approach, training provided as standard. Advantageous: knowledge of energy-saving calculation software PROTECH or ENERGIE and familiarity with the New Green Savings subsidy program. Start date: immediately or by agreement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Drawing existing and new residential property layouts, proposing energy-saving solutions for subsidy programs, conducting energy audits.
