Workplace: Senior Home, Šunychelská 1201, Bohumín Start date: Immediate or by agreement; fixed-term employment contract – replacement for extended medical leave. 4th salary grade (20.130 – 28.280), guaranteed salary 26.880,-, placement based on documented experience. Professional Qualifications - Meeting the qualification requirements of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services as amended (if this condition is not met, the organization's director will require its fulfillment within 12 months from the start of employment as per the aforementioned act, and the job description will specify that these activities are performed under professional supervision). - Continuing education for social services workers (§ 116, subsection 9 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services, as amended) Required General Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills - User-level PC skills (MS Office, internet) - Communication skills when working with the target group (conducting conversations with service users) Required Specialized Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills - Basic knowledge of legislation concerning the provision of social services (Social Services Quality Standards) - First aid skills - Ability to motivate service users - Ability to apply methodological procedures in practice - Ability to work with risk - Conflict resolution skills Personal Requirements - Respect for human rights, freedoms, and dignity - Empathy - Self-control - Responsibility - Determinacy - Thoroughness - Stress and pressure resilience - Ability to provide individual support to service users in meeting their needs - Respect for supervisors - Perseverance - Loyalty - Flexibility - Team collaboration skills - Loyalty We Require: - Experience in social services (preferred) - Clean criminal record - Submit resumes with an overview of experience by email to [email protected] by September 30, 2026 at the latest
