Social Services Worker - Direct Care Support

SCHEDULE: Irregular work hours, 12-hour shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotating schedule including weekends (Saturday/Sunday) once every 3 weeks, 40 hours per week, approximately 16 shifts per month. JOB DUTIES: Comprehensive direct care support for individuals with intellectual or combined disabilities. REQUIREMENTS: Professional qualification for social services direct care worker per § 116 subsection 5 letter a) of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services, vaccination against Hepatitis B (ENGERIX) - at least 2 doses prior to employment start, criminal record extract may be required. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: meal allowance, benefits for products for aging, 5 weeks vacation, semi-annual bonuses twice yearly. Employment contract for a fixed term of 1 year with possibility of extension to indefinite term. Start date by mutual agreement. Planned salary in accordance with Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. - approximately 33,300 Kč to 34,300 Kč gross upon meeting professional qualifications.
