Charita Strakonice is seeking a social services worker for our care service at the Strakonice location. Job Responsibilities: Assistance with daily personal care tasks. Assistance with personal hygiene. Assistance with meal preparation and nutrition. Assistance with household management. Facilitating contact with the community and social environment. Assistance with exercising rights, pursuing legitimate interests, and managing personal affairs. Assistance with ensuring safety and enabling clients to remain in their natural social environment. We Offer: Employment contract for 30 hours per week (flexible scheduling) or possibility of project-based work. Friendly team environment. 25 days of vacation, meal allowances, bonuses, personal recognition, and incentives according to company policies. Guaranteed monthly salary for 30-hour week is 18,979 Kč according to government regulation (No. 567/2006 Coll. on guaranteed minimum wage). Ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance qualifications. We Require: Professional qualifications: minimum basic education and a vocational course certificate as a social services worker (may be completed within 12 months of hire). Conditions for Employment: Full legal capacity. Clean criminal record per § 79, subsections 2 and 3, of Law 108/2006 (no intentional criminal offense related to providing social services or comparable activities). Clean record verified by a criminal record excerpt no older than 3 months. Medical fitness certified by a medical evaluation. Category B driver's license - active driver. Basic computer skills. Personal Qualities: Communicativeness, discretion, tact, ability to cooperate, patience, initiative and creative approach, honesty, empathy, physical fitness, stress resilience, responsibility, punctuality.
