The primary job duties involve providing direct care services to clients, including training in basic daily activities, assistance with personal hygiene and dressing, handling of assistive devices and laundry, maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene, supporting independence, and facilitating basic social and community contacts while meeting psychosocial needs. This position operates on an uneven schedule (short/long week) with shifts from 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Requirements: clean criminal record and medical fitness, reliability, flexibility, pleasant and empathetic demeanor, independence, sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
