What do we expect from you? What skills are we looking for? - Experience working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment (industrial facility cleaning, not office cleaning) - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (snow removal, grass cutting with a tractor, handling heavy loads over 15 kg) - Willingness to work in continuous shift operations (12-hour shifts: 2 days off, 2 days early shift (6:00 - 18:00), 2 days off, 2 days night shift (18:00 - 6:00)) - Manual dexterity, attention to detail, independent approach, and responsibility What will you do?
