The Healthcare Technology Department is looking for a colleague for our waste collection facility. Job Responsibilities: - Ensuring daily operations of the central waste collection facility - Sorting, handling, and storing waste in accordance with applicable regulations - Loading and unloading waste and other materials - Maintaining order and safety at the workplace - Cooperation with other hospital departments - Care of assigned equipment and work resources We Require: - Minimum basic education - Physical fitness and good health status - Reliability and responsible approach to work - Independence and diligence - Willingness to work outdoors and in adverse weather conditions We Offer: - Full-time employment in a two-shift operation consisting of morning shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) or afternoon shift (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM), including weekends and holidays (shortened shifts) - Stable employment within a regional hospital - Pleasant and welcoming team Benefits: - Pluxee benefits system (monthly benefit points in addition to salary) - 5 weeks vacation - 2 sick days per year - Contribution to pension insurance or supplementary pension plan (after probation period) - Discounted company cafeteria meals - Employee liability insurance paid by employer and more...
