Production Worker

Job Responsibilities: - Preparation and support work in production: Support tasks in processing sheet metal and metal parts. - Equipment operation: Simple operation of mechanical machinery and equipment according to instructions. - Material handling: Workplace preparation, movement of materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. - Quality control: Routine visual inspection of processed parts and finished products. - Workplace maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area and assigned section. - Production recording: Documentation of basic information about received and completed work. Requirements: - Manual dexterity, physical fitness, and willingness to work. - Reliability, attention to detail, and responsible approach to tasks. - Willingness to work in 12-hour shift rotations. - Ability to work both as part of a team and independently on assigned tasks. - Professional approach and discretion (confidentiality regarding internal company information). - Previous experience in mechanical engineering or manufacturing is an advantage but not a requirement—we're happy to train you!
