Employment Type: Work Performance Agreement (service as agreed, approximately 1–2 times per week, always from 19:00 to 07:00) Job Responsibilities: • Operating the shelter – receiving and accommodating clients according to service rules, processing payments for services, distributing bedding, supervising clients, providing basic support for client needs, providing basic information • Overnight supervision at the shelter facility (19:00–07:00) • Ensuring safe operation of the service • Maintaining required client records and documentation of activities provided at the shelter • Collaborating with the social worker on addressing individual client needs Candidate Requirements: • Citizen of the Czech Republic or a foreign national with permanent residence in the Czech Republic • Age 18 or older • Legal capacity • Full legal capacity and clean criminal record • Health fitness Qualification Requirements: • Professional qualification for working as a social services worker according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services ◦ Basic or secondary education and completion of an accredited qualification course (or willingness to complete this qualification course within 12 months); accredited qualification course is not required for individuals who obtained qualifications as a healthcare professional in the field of nursing care according to special legal regulations, individuals who obtained professional qualification to work as a social worker according to § 110 of the Act, and individuals who obtained secondary education in the field specified by implementing legal regulations Additional Requirements: • User-level PC skills (MS Office) • Good communication skills • Responsibility, independence, attention to detail Application Requirements: - Applicant's name, surname, and title - Applicant's date and place of birth - Applicant's citizenship - Applicant's permanent address - ID card number or residence permit number - Date and applicant's signature Applicant must attach to the application: - CV listing previous employment and professional knowledge and skills - Criminal record registry extract not older than 3 months; for foreign nationals, an equivalent document - Certified copy of diploma of highest education achieved, or proof of completion of a social services worker qualification course Written applications may be submitted: - By mail to Pečovatelská služba Vrchlabí, Pražská 1343 543 01 Vrchlabí, - In person at the same address - Electronically to [email protected] no later than 25.09.2026
