Main Responsibilities: • Assist clients with managing basic daily living needs and support independence. • Collaborate on developing and implementing individual care plans. • Maintain records of care progress. • Collaborate with the team of workers, healthcare personnel, and client families. Requirements • Minimum completed basic education. • Vaccination against Hepatitis B. • Health fitness and criminal record clearance (certificate no older than 3 months). • Independence, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work in a team. • Completion of professional qualification (PSS course) is an advantage. Working Conditions and Benefits • Employment: full-time or part-time; start date available immediately. • Working hours: continuous operation, 12-hour shifts (6:30–18:30 / 18:30–6:30). • Salary: 5th pay grade, 12th step + allowances (shift work, difficult environment) + personal allowance after probation period.
