Social Services Workers - Caregivers and Personal Assistants

Caritas Písek / Milevsko branch is seeking part-time social services workers – caregivers and personal assistants for field-based services. We require: - Clean criminal record - Category B driver's license / active driver - Education – at least completed primary school, and further qualifications as required for a social services worker under Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended, is advantageous but not mandatory / can and must be completed after hire (covered by our organization) - Experience in social services - not mandatory, but preferred - Basic computer literacy welcome - Schedule flexibility – services typically run between 08:00-19:00, including weekends and public holidays - Reliability, responsibility, communication skills, and time flexibility - Motivation to work with the target group – adults with reduced independence – primarily seniors - Willingness to work in clients' home environments - Interest in continuing education, professional growth, and openness to change - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, psychological stability, and empathy We offer: - Start date June 1, 2026 or by agreement - Meaningful work in an empathetic team - Access to team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training - 20 days vacation, 5 days sick leave, 3 days study leave - Supplements for weekend and public holiday services - Work phone with internet data - Base salary 25,100,- Kč / will be reduced according to contracted hours - Meal allowance 128,- Kč per completed shift - Individual performance bonus - Opportunity to participate in spiritual gatherings and seminars Interested candidates should send their CV and cover letter to [email protected] Applications without a cover letter will not be considered for the next round of selection.
