LOW-THRESHOLD FACILITY FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH - MAGNET CLUB Job Position Description: • Provides direct work with clients • Conducts consultations with service applicants • Plans individual programs • Maintains documentation • Communicates with specialists • Facilitates access to additional services We Require: - Qualifications for this position as per Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services - secondary education or a retraining course - Administrative skills and PC proficiency - MS Office, internet - Good organizational skills, ability to work independently while also being a team player - Active approach and enthusiasm for the work - Good communication skills and empathy - Ability to address prejudices and work with issues of social exclusion - Healthy level of tolerance, responsibility, and respect toward oneself and clients Contract Details: 0.5 to 1.0 FTE on a fixed-term basis with a four-month probationary period for both parties; continuation of employment upon mutual satisfaction Work Location: Service office in Dubí; field work performed in Dubí and Teplice To join our team, please send us a structured CV, a cover letter (0.5–1 page, A4 format), and contact information for at least one person who can provide a reference to [email protected].
