Providing direct care to clients, supporting their independence, training in basic daily activities, and assisting with personal hygiene and dressing; handling equipment, tools, and laundry while maintaining client cleanliness and hygiene; supporting independence, enhancing life activities, establishing basic social and community contacts, and addressing psychosocial needs; assisting with household management, shopping, supporting room and common area cleaning, and organizing leisure activities; monitoring client needs and supporting personal goal achievement (key worker role); developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing individualized care plans; maintaining detailed records of service delivery. 25 days annual leave + additional leave + 2 Sick Days.
