JOB DUTIES: Part-time position Irregular work schedule Direct, contact-based, individual work with service users at a shelter home Ensuring continuous operation of the facility according to internal regulations Supporting users in achieving individual goals Recording work in IT software Working hours: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (weekends, holidays) (6–8 shifts per month) Work location: Shelter Home for Women and Families with Children, Věkova 318/14, Liberec 14 REQUIREMENTS: Qualification course for social services workers or education in social work is a plus Health status allowing for night shifts Basic computer skills Clean criminal record Ability to work in a team Independent, proactive, and responsible approach Communication skills Understanding of social issues Willingness to learn new things Empathetic and respectful approach to the target population We welcome experience in the field (social services, nonprofit sector, work with socially disadvantaged populations) WE OFFER: Training and professional support (supervision, methodological guidance) Further training in the field, internships, practical experience Opportunity for self-realization in service delivery Meaningful, interesting, and diverse work in a professional team Supervision and expert oversight Meal voucher allowance 25 days of vacation Work in a small, friendly team Submission of a structured CV and motivation letter to [email protected] is required to participate in the selection process.
