Education in social work or completion of a social services worker course. Job responsibilities include planning and direct work with clients in the workshop and garden, as well as administrative tasks related to service provision. We expect teamwork spirit, good organizational skills, and a genuine interest in creative and gardening activities. We require an active driver with a Class B driver's license. Starting salary depends on the applicant's education and experience. Contract extension for an indefinite period is possible after mutual satisfaction.
