About the role In this role, you work with warm leads – customers who already have a relationship with the company. Your mission will be to develop these relationships further by offering complementary solutions that strengthen the customer's current investments. Your main duties include: Contact existing customers by phone and offer complementary solutions that strengthen their current investments. Take responsibility for the entire sales process, from first contact to closed deal. Contribute to the team's success through active participation and collaboration Participate in internal sales competitions, training and team activities We are looking for you who: Have experience in sales and are used to working over the phone. Are communicative, attentive and good at building trust Are curious about technology and want to learn more about the energy sector Are driven and thrive working in a results-oriented environment. Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Since the role involves advanced sales and complex customer conversations, it's important that you have the right prerequisites to succeed. Therefore, logic and personality tests via Alva Labs are a central part of the process. Previous experience from the energy industry is not required, however, as you'll receive complete introduction and training in the company's products and systems.
