In the kitchen, we maintain quality, consistency, hygiene, and a fair team approach – especially during rush times. The assistant cook works closely with the head chef and supports the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and plating. The role is hands-on, focused on quality, pace, following procedures, and performing assigned station duties. Professional kitchen environment, faster tempo during peak hours, seasonally higher workload. Training and guidance from the kitchen team are provided. Employer consent to employee card required
