We are looking for a breakfast cook / food preparation assistant for Restaurant Brožíkovka Plzeňské stravování s.r.o. is expanding its team and is looking for a reliable colleague for the position of: Breakfast Cook / Food Preparation Assistant Work location: Brožíkova 2616/18, 301 00 Plzeň Working hours 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM What will your duties include? • Preparation of approximately 10-15 breakfasts for a contracted client • Assembly of snack packages for a contracted client • Regeneration of chilled meals for export (approximately 20 portions) • Preparation of warm serving station for the restaurant • Preparation of approximately 10-15 cold dinners for a contracted client • Inventory tracking and ordering of supplies • Assistance with dumpling preparation • Occasional food service to restaurant guests • Workplace cleaning and adherence to hygiene standards • Basic computer work What do we expect from you? • Experience in gastronomy (kitchen operation experience is a requirement) • Health certification for food service work • Reliability, independence, and manual dexterity • Willingness to work and be part of a friendly team What do we offer? • Salary of 27,000-30,000 Kč depending on experience • Opportunity for extra earnings on Sunday breakfasts • Work on morning shift only with free afternoons • Stable employment in a company with a long-standing tradition • Friendly team and fair working environment Benefits? • Subsidized multisport card • Subsidized meals and beverages • 20 days of vacation Are you interested? 725 704 545 Send your CV to: [email protected] Become part of the Restaurant Brožíkovka team.
