At TIPA.eu we're looking for a reliable team member to help us with maintenance, minor construction modifications, and driving tasks. We're not looking for theory, but practical experience and a willingness to work. If you're handy, physically fit, and don't just want to sit at home watching TV, we'd be happy to welcome you to our team. What will you be doing with us? It will be diverse and varied work where probably no two days will be the same: - Maintenance and repairs: Taking care of the facility, minor repairs, and maintenance work around the buildings. - Construction work: Helping with smaller construction and DIY modifications as needed. - Driving and logistics: Operating company vehicles, transporting materials, and handling small errands or procurement tasks. What kind of person are we looking for? We'd welcome someone who: - Is reliable, responsible, and sees tasks through to completion. - Has manual skills and can handle common tools and basic construction tasks. - Has good physical fitness, since the work sometimes requires some strength. - Holds a class B + E driver's license (ideally with trailer), and if you have class C, that's a huge plus for us. What can you expect from us? - Meaningful work in a friendly team where we help each other out. - Fair treatment and appropriate financial compensation for work well done. - Direct cooperation with the company owner.
