Job Responsibilities • comprehensive technical maintenance of the premises and buildings • prompt resolution of technical issues (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, construction work) • preventive maintenance and inspection of technical equipment • collaboration on facility modernization and development Ideal Candidate Profile • training in a technical field (electrical, mechanical engineering, plumbing, construction, etc.) • basic practical experience in a technical area (advantageous, not required) • technical aptitude and manual dexterity • high degree of reliability and independence • driver's license category B This position is suitable for younger technicians who want to advance professionally.
