Contact: Heřmanová Eva, tel.: 353 243 111, e-mail: [email protected] Experience in food service is welcome, clean work uniform provided, working hours 6:30 - 15:00 (lunch break 11:00-11:30) / 17:00 - 20:00, free staff meals, access to wellness procedures available, position is offered for one year with option to extend indefinitely, personal interviews conducted Mon-Fri 9:00 - 10:30 and 12:30 - 14:00. JOB DUTIES: 1. Operates dishwashing equipment – dishwashers and glass washers according to the type in use. Hand washes when needed. 2. Cleans and sorts vegetables, potatoes, and fruits according to supervisor instructions and stores them in designated locations. 3. Cleans kitchen facilities – cooking area, storage pantries, dishwashing area (white goods, black goods), vegetable and potato preparation area, connecting hallways, and stairs to storage according to supervisor instructions. 4. Washes and disinfects black goods/dishes. Disinfects white goods/dishes 2x monthly. 5. Maintains order at every workstation where duties are performed. 6. Regularly performs sanitary cleaning of all kitchen areas, refrigeration and freezing equipment, and storage pantries. 7. Ensures proper disposal of kitchen waste into designated containers and areas. 8. Performs additional handling of raw materials (according to shift manager instructions) to be passed on for further processing in the kitchen. 9. Complies with hygiene (HACCP) and fire safety regulations. Also adheres to occupational safety and health (BOZP) regulations. 10. Cleans the restaurant. 11. Cleans basement hallways of the hotel, changing rooms of the food service department (men's and women's), separate restrooms in the hotel basement.
