About the Position
This is a full-time consultant assignment that initially runs for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment or being offered permanent employment in the future.

Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on transports, as well as handling any deviations that occur along the way. You work proactively to ensure delivery precision and a good customer experience.
Examples of tasks:
Plan, book, and coordinate transports
Maintain daily contact with drivers, freight forwarders, and customers
Handle and resolve deviations in the transport chain
Develop and adapt solutions according to customer needs
Ensure efficient deliveries from start to finish
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Very good English skills, both spoken and written
Fluent Polish is a requirement, both spoken and written
Experience from the transport or logistics industry is an asset
To thrive in this role, you are an organized and solution-oriented person who enjoys working at a fast pace. You have strong prioritization skills, can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and create structure in a dynamic environment.
Furthermore, you are communicative and naturally build relationships, both internally and externally. You are service-minded, humble, and have a natural drive to find solutions and move work forward.
You don't need extensive experience in transport or logistics—what matters most is that you speak Polish, are organized, communicative, and want to develop in an operational role with significant contact with drivers and colleagues.
