Previous experience is a plus, but not decisive—what matters most is that you have the right drive, are organized, and want to grow into the role.
About the Position
This is a full-time consulting assignment initially lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment or being offered a permanent position in the future.

Responsibilities
In this role, you're responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on transports as well as handling any deviations that arise along the way. You work proactively to ensure delivery precision and a good customer experience.
Examples of tasks:
Plan, book, and coordinate transports
Maintain daily contact with drivers, freight forwarders, and customers
Handle and resolve deviations in the transport chain
Develop and adapt solutions based on customer needs
Ensure efficient deliveries from start to finish
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Very good English skills, both spoken and written
Fluent Polish is a requirement, both spoken and written
Experience from the transport or logistics industry is a plus
To thrive in this role, you're an organized and solution-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced environment. You have a strong ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and create structure in a dynamic day-to-day routine.

You don't need extensive experience in transport or logistics—what matters most is that you speak Polish, are organized, communicative, and want to develop yourself in an operational role with lots of contact with drivers and colleagues.
