We are seeking a flexible candidate who can operate a tractor during winter for snow plowing, de-icing, snow removal, planting, grass cutting, and leaf/debris collection. A driven and strong individual who can repair or has a thorough understanding of agricultural machinery including tractors, sand spreaders, plows, snow removal machines, and leaf blowers. Must be willing to take responsibility independently and able to work outdoors year-round. We maintain grounds for associations, schools, and fitness facilities during both winter and summer seasons, with responsibilities including snow removal, maintenance, landscaping, planting, excavation, and ground preparation.
