Tile Setter Wanted at Veljet VVS AB – Norrtälje/Roslagen Veljet VVS AB is seeking an experienced and independent tile setter for employment in our team. We primarily work on renovations and projects for private clients in Norrtälje and the rest of Roslagen. A large portion of our work consists of bathroom renovations, but other types of tile setting work also occur. Job Duties As a tile setter with us, you will work on among other things: Tile and clinker laying Bathroom renovations Flooring and walls in wet rooms Substrate preparation prior to tile laying Fluid screeding and threshold installation Waterproofing work Grouting and caulking Tile laying in kitchens, hallways, and other spaces Renovations and reconstructions in private homes Collaboration with plumbing installers, carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople We are primarily seeking someone who can take responsibility for the tile laying portion of our projects and independently manage their work from preparation to finished result. Requirements For this position, you must: Have at least 4 years of documented experience in tile setting Hold a Class B driver's license Be able to communicate in Swedish verbally Be able to work independently Have experience with bathrooms and wet rooms Be thorough and take pride in your craft Be able to plan your own work and meet agreed deadlines Be service-oriented and function well in clients' homes Merits It is advantageous if you have: BKR certification/professional license Experience with waterproofing Experience with fluid screeding and threshold installation Experience with complete bathroom renovations Experience working directly with private customers About the Position Work takes place primarily in Norrtälje and Roslagen. We are seeking an experienced tile setter who wants to be part of a small company where quality, responsibility, and good customer service are important. You will work both independently and together with our other tradespeople.
