About the Position As a site manager, you are responsible for leading, planning and executing construction projects from start to finish. You drive the project in close collaboration with your team and in cooperation with the client and subcontractors. The role includes leading and distributing work on the construction site and ensuring that schedules, budgets and quality requirements are met. The goal is to deliver projects with good efficiency, profitability and strong customer satisfaction. You have responsibility for working environment and environmental matters in the project and you drive planning and daily follow-up to create safe, well-functioning and sustainable construction sites. You don't work alone – around you are competent work leaders, skilled workers and several important support functions such as contract engineers, health and safety coordinators, installation coordinators and HR. Who We're Looking For Since we are facing several extensive and complex projects, we are looking for you who have several years of experience as a site manager and who wants to be part of driving our continued development forward. You are likely college-educated in construction or have equivalent expertise based on practical professional experience as a site manager. For you to thrive with us, you need to be driven and motivated by taking great responsibility and achieving results together with your team. You feel comfortable with the entire construction process, contribute to a safe working environment and have clear leadership. Your problem-solving ability is good and you feel confident in prioritizing and making decisions even when circumstances change.
