As a site manager with us, you have overall responsibility for your projects – from planning through execution and follow-up. You lead the daily work, ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality requirements, and create a work environment where your team thrives and performs. The role is characterized by freedom with responsibility, where you are given great confidence to independently drive your projects forward.
You work closely with both employees, clients, and partners and play a central role in building long-term relationships.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Experience as a site manager in earthworks and civil construction
Experience driving projects within water/sewage, foundations, or infrastructure
Good knowledge of blueprint reading, production planning, and construction contract law
Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and engage
Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Category B driver's license
