About the Role As a site manager at Wästbygg, you will have a central role in project execution. You are responsible for daily production from startup to handover and ensure that the project is delivered according to the client's requirements, with the right quality, budget, and schedule. You lead and coordinate skilled workers, hired consultants, and subcontractors and become an important link between production, the client, and the rest of the project organization. In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading and directing production in the project from construction start to handover after market Project budget, quality, and progress Planning of resources and time as well as coordination of subcontractors Work environment and BAS-U Procurement and management of ÄTA Financial reconciliations Ensuring that laws, regulations, and ordinances are followed Client communication and well-functioning collaboration with the project's various parties Creating structure and driving production forward through all phases of the project Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking someone with at least five years of experience as a site manager and who has led several construction projects within, for example, residential new construction, commercial real estate, or public works. You are confident in your construction technical expertise and have good understanding of contract law, legal requirements, and the financial aspects of a construction project. You have experience leading production and are accustomed to managing both planned situations and more challenging circumstances that may arise during the project. As a leader, you are clear, communicative, and engaging. You bring people along and create participation by being present and clear in your communication. At the same time, you have the ability to make decisions and drive work forward when circumstances change. We also believe that you are commercially minded and cost-conscious. You understand how your decisions in production affect the project's budget and have a natural interest in finding solutions that are good for both the client and the business. For this position, the following is required: Minimum 5 years of experience as a site manager in new construction Experience in construction production within residential, commercial, or public works Strong knowledge of contract law and relevant legal requirements Very good Swedish in speech and writing Driver's license (category B) and access to your own vehicle About Wästbygg Wästbygg Gruppen is a publicly listed construction and development company with operations within logistics, industry, residential, commercial real estate, and public works.
