About the role You have overall responsibility for the project's execution from start to completion, including planning, resource management and compliance with laws and regulations. You ensure that production is carried out according to schedule, budget and quality requirements, while creating a safe and efficient workplace where people thrive and develop. You have full responsibility for creating safe, efficient and well-functioning projects, and report to the Project Manager. The role includes, among other things: Lead the project from startup to handover – plan and allocate resources, establish and maintain schedules, and ensure work preparation, risk analyses, project logs and a structured execution with focus on quality, environment and work environment (KMA) Ensure that the project follows the schedule, budget and contracts Lead and create engagement and commitment among your own staff and subcontractors – plan staffing, provide ongoing feedback and manage personnel matters together with the Project Manager Carry out the BAS-U assignment, establish and follow KMA plan and control plan, and monitor deviations and improvements Together with the Contract Engineer, be responsible for the project's finances – forecasts, certifications, change order handling and request/answer management, procurement work, invoicing and financial meetings with clients and subcontractors Build long-term customer relationships and gather the project organization around common KPI targets Implement TL Bygg's goals, vision and values in the project's daily operations and keep yourself updated on production techniques, material development, sustainability and moisture safety About you We are looking for you who is a confident leader with great commitment and sense of responsibility. We are looking for you who have: Several years of experience as a Site Manager in construction production, with experience of independently leading production, planning, resources and subcontractors Completed at least two residential projects >250 MSEK Very good knowledge of construction technology, contract law and economics, as well as experience in project monitoring, forecasting, budgeting, estimating, procurement and financial management Experience with BAS-U and working with KMA systems (preferably BF9K) An interest in sustainability and timber construction Good IT skills, especially in the Office package Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing Class B driver's license It is an advantage if you have experience with environmentally certified construction projects (e.g. Miljöbyggnad and Svanen).
