About the Role As Site Manager, you'll be a central figure in our Örebro operations. Your mission is to create the right conditions for your team to succeed while driving the business toward set financial and business goals. You'll work with: leading, supporting, and developing employees creating structure, clarity, and engagement in daily work following up on and driving operations toward financial targets identifying business opportunities and contributing to continued growth developing processes and operations with a long-term perspective being an engaged leader who gets the team to work toward common goals Örebro is a central part of Skadeteknik's operations, and as Site Manager, you'll have significant authority to influence both people, business, and continued development. You'll be responsible for creating the right conditions for your team, driving operations toward financial goals, and identifying new opportunities ahead.
