We have approximately 80 employees, of which 33 are skilled workers and 47 are office staff. We work primarily with public clients and carry out projects in hospitals, schools, cultural centers and residential buildings, among others. The company has two clear business divisions: Service Division Construction Division Since 2021, Heving & Hägglund has been part of Circura, a construction services group consisting of 22 local companies in Sweden with approximately 1,100 employees and an annual turnover of SEK 4.4 billion. Heving & Hägglund is now seeking a confident and business-minded Site Manager for the construction division. Responsibilities As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for the project and manage the construction with full responsibility for finances, schedule, quality and work environment. The projects are primarily renovation and restoration work. Your areas of responsibility include: Overall responsibility for the construction project Budget, forecasting and financial reconciliation Production planning and schedule development Management of site supervisors, skilled workers and hired contractors Client contacts and participation in construction meetings Work environment responsibility and role as BAS-U Preparation of workplace safety plan (APD) and where necessary environmental plan (TA) Monitoring of procurement, deliveries and change orders The role is both operational and strategic, where you are expected to be present in production while driving the project's overall business. We are looking for someone who Has solid experience from the construction industry and feels confident in the Site Manager role Has construction technical education (YH, university or equivalent) Has experience managing projects with financial, schedule and quality responsibility Has knowledge of construction law (AB/ABT) Holds BAS-P/BAS-U certification, B-class driver's license and hot work certificate Has good system skills (Microsoft Office) Meritorious: Experience with concrete class I–II Knowledge in moisture management or environmental matters Experience with MS Project We believe that your personal qualities are crucial to how well you will thrive in the role at Heving & Hägglund.
