Site Manager – Stockholm
Are you an experienced site manager or assistant site manager looking to take the next step with an established construction company that values short decision-making processes and a cohesive team?
On behalf of a well-established construction contractor, Resursverket is seeking a site manager for an upcoming project in the Stockholm area. If you have experience with system replacement projects, that's an added plus.
The company operates in Greater Stockholm and Mälardalen and has an annual turnover of approximately 750 million kronor. Here, honesty, transparency, and close collaboration between colleagues and management are highly valued.
About the Role
As a site manager, you'll have a central role in planning, leading, and monitoring production. You'll hold together the different aspects of the project and work to ensure that schedules, finances, quality, and working conditions function smoothly throughout execution.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Lead and coordinate production together with skilled workers and subcontractors.
Plan and follow up on project timelines, finances, and quality.
Be responsible for work environment efforts within your assignment.
Maintain ongoing contact with clients and other stakeholders in the projects.
Manage deviations and find solutions that move projects forward.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for someone with experience leading construction projects who feels confident with the responsibility that comes with the role.
To be a candidate for this position, you need to have:
At least three years of experience as a site manager or assistant site manager in construction.
Solid construction technical knowledge and understanding of the entire building process.
BAS-U and BAS-P.
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
Class B driver's license.
It's a merit to have experience with system replacement projects.
As a person, you're self-driven and confident in your decisions, while at the same time you appreciate collaborating with others. You communicate openly, take responsibility, and are honest when challenges arise.
