As Location Manager you lead with passion and purpose, ensuring your gym thrives both operatively and financially. We're looking for someone who can work full-time, with a start date by mutual agreement. We're seeking this type of leader: 🌟 Lead by example: You have overall responsibility for the gym's daily operations and create an energized, welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for both members and staff. Drive results: You take full financial responsibility for the gym, work strategically to achieve sales targets, increase revenue and manage costs efficiently. Build an exceptional team: You recruit, train and develop an engaged team that delivers top-notch service and an extraordinary member experience. Create a culture of excellence: Through hands-on leadership you ensure that everything – from customer service to cleanliness, safety and equipment maintenance – meets the highest standards. Prioritize work environment and wellbeing: You take responsibility for the work environment at your gym and ensure it is safe, positive and motivating for both staff and members. Work dynamically: Our gyms are open from early morning to late evening and on weekends, which means your work schedule varies to ensure presence during peak hours. Key qualifications 🤩 Enjoy inspiring and motivating others. Have experience in sales and leadership, with a strong results-driven focus. Are confident, organized and can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Communicate clearly and confidently in both Swedish and English.
