We are now seeking a Project Manager for ROT work at a stable and growing construction company with an annual turnover exceeding 700 MSEK. Here you'll work in an organization with short decision-making processes, strong entrepreneurial spirit, and a clear focus on quality and results. About the role As a project manager, you have operational responsibility for production on site. You are the hub of the construction site and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from planning to delivery. You will, among other things: Drive and lead daily production Ensure that the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards Coordinate subcontractors and resources Work actively with occupational environment and safety Follow up on finances and manage change order work Be a present leader in production The role involves significant responsibility – but also significant freedom. We believe you: Have experience as a project manager or senior site supervisor in construction/ROT Have good understanding of economics and project follow-up Are confident in contractor law (AB04/ABT06) Have BAS U/P and a B-category driver's license Communicate fluently in Swedish (English is a plus) As a person, you are: Driven and solution-oriented Structured yet flexible A clear leader who brings your team along Relationship-building – both internally and with clients Why this role?
