We are now recruiting an experienced and highly skilled Site Manager for ground construction in Stockholm, for one of our most prestigious clients in Stockholm. Marbit AB is one of Stockholm's leading players in ground work, construction and infrastructure. We continue to grow and are now seeking a Site Manager to help meet our clients' needs. Our assignments are primarily for municipalities, private property owners and managers, property associations, condominiums, foundations and others. About the Position To lead, plan and manage daily production in construction projects of varying complexity. The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with established parameters regarding budget, quality and delivery time. The work includes resource planning, which also involves operational personnel responsibility and participation in recruitment. The work requires that you are well versed in AMA/MER/RA, contract and business law, etc., and have good knowledge of: Leadership Technical competence Knowledge of AMA/MER/RA Ground Construction Knowledge of contract law Management and quality systems Business systems - Byggsamordnaren BAS U and preferably BAS P Traffic management Estimation software - MAP Health and safety regulations Your Profile You have experience from leading positions in the construction industry with all the responsibility that entails for personnel, budget and finances. You communicate in a way that inspires confidence and are a skilled negotiator. You are used to leading personnel through a large flow of projects and construction contracts. We would prefer that you have several years of experience in contracting work in a leading position, and have good knowledge of finance, budgeting and contract law. If you are someone who enjoys planning and achieving set goals and succeeds with your projects through collaboration with colleagues, suppliers and customers, and are used to managing several contracts simultaneously, you will both fit in and thrive with us.
