You will work at the intersection of technology, leadership, and business, creating conditions for high quality, strong delivery capability, and continued development together with the organization. The role involves full responsibility for personnel, operations, and budget for the factory in Lomma. You will lead both the management organization and production, and work closely with functions in estimation, design, procurement, and production planning. Elektrofabriken is in an exciting development phase with a focus on strengthening the organization, further developing working methods, and creating conditions for continued growth. As Plant Manager, you will play a central role in driving this journey and contributing to the ambition of establishing the business as a leading center of excellence for switchgear and electrical power solutions in the Nordic region. Through clear and inclusive leadership, you create engagement, collaboration, and a strong customer focus, while strengthening both operations and business. You will report to the Marketing & Sales Managing Director within Hager Group and work closely with both the Swedish and international organization. Who are you? We're looking for someone who thrives close to operations and is motivated by developing both people and business. We see that you have experience from a role as plant manager, factory manager, production manager, or similar within electrical power, switchgear manufacturing, or other technically advanced operations. You are accustomed to taking full responsibility for operations, personnel, and results, and driving development in environments where quality, delivery capability, and technical expertise are in focus. To succeed in the role, you have a good understanding of electrical power and feel confident discussing low voltage switchgear, medium voltage, and complex electrical power solutions. You combine technical expertise with business acumen and have an easy way of building trust with both customers and employees. As a person, you are confident, communicative, and unpretentious. You create engagement, build strong relationships, and have the drive to turn ideas into results. At the same time, you are willing to challenge established ways of working and make decisions that move the business forward. You speak Swedish and English well and have a valid driver's license.
