Peab Byggservice is seeking an experienced and confident site manager positioned in Ödeshög or Mjölby. We are looking for someone who wants to take on greater responsibility for building services projects and drive the business forward. At Peab Byggservice, you work with a broad portfolio of projects ranging from both large and small assignments within new construction, renovations, extensions, and maintenance and repair work. Many of our projects are carried out in active operations, which requires finesse, good planning, and mature leadership. As site manager, you will have overall responsibility for production, finances, personnel, and customer relations. You lead projects from start to finish and ensure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your main areas of responsibility: Drive and lead building services projects with focus on quality, schedule, and budget Coach, develop, and inspire employees and ensure well-being and engagement in the team Have full personnel responsibility, including recruitment, skills development, and work environment Responsible for project planning, estimation, and forecasting at a strategic level Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, clients, and subcontractors Identify and realize new business opportunities Drive financial results and develop the business in a positive direction Your profile We are looking for someone with solid experience from the construction industry, preferably in renovations and extensions or projects with complex logistics and high coordination requirements. You are confident in a leadership role and have both technical competence and a business-oriented approach. You thrive in a role where you have significant personal responsibility and where your leadership makes a difference. You are structured, analytical, and experienced in working with planning, follow-up, and financial targets. With your communication skills, you build trust and lead the team forward even in demanding situations. We believe that you: Have several years of experience as a site manager or equivalent leadership role Have documented experience leading larger or more complex construction projects Are action-oriented, results-driven, and confident in making decisions Have strong business understanding and work customer-focused and professionally Are a clear, present, and engaging leader Have good administrative and financial understanding as well as experience with relevant systems Have very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Swedish citizenship is a requirement as certain assignments require security clearance. A driver's license for passenger vehicles is a requirement. The position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probation period.
