About the role As Site Manager, you'll have full responsibility for driving projects from start to finish. You'll be an important part of operations and work closely with employees, subcontractors, customers, and other functions within the company. You will, among other things: Plan, lead, and follow up on daily operations Manage project economics, quality, schedules, and working environment Lead and coordinate skilled workers, equipment resources, and subcontractors Ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to set goals Maintain ongoing contact with customers, clients, and partners Follow up on site instructions, production, and the project's financial development Create structure and engagement in the projects Be a clear and present leader who drives projects forward The role is both operational and business-focused, and you'll have significant scope to influence how projects are executed and developed. We're looking for you We believe you have several years of experience from the earthworks and construction industry, for example as a site manager, work supervisor, or in a similar production-focused role. You don't need to be a finished site manager – what matters most is that you have the right drive, experience, and willingness to develop further. We'd like to see that you: Have experience with earthworks and construction projects Have good understanding of operations, economics, and planning Are experienced in leading and coordinating people Are organized and solution-oriented Find it easy to build trust with customers and employees Are business-minded and see the big picture in projects Have a Class B driver's license As a person, you're confident, engaged, and unpretentious. You enjoy being where things happen and take responsibility when things need to be solved. You need to be able to make decisions, communicate clearly, and create momentum even when circumstances change.
