Our client is now seeking a self-driven site manager who wants to take full responsibility for projects in earthworks, utilities, and cable installation in Stockholm and Uppland. Here you'll have a key role in a well-established contracting company with short decision paths, broad authority, and plenty of room to grow. You'll become an important part of the operation and have the opportunity to influence both your projects and the company's continued development. The company has extensive experience in civil and infrastructure work and serves municipalities, government agencies, companies, and housing associations. About the Role As site manager for the client, you are responsible for the entire project execution from start to final inspection. This is a role for someone who is used to taking full ownership of their projects and who can independently manage contracts from building documentation to completed delivery. You are responsible for planning, budgeting, documentation, client contacts, subcontractors, quality, workplace safety, and production. The goal is for you to be able to run the projects independently with some support from the organization when needed. Responsibilities • Lead and drive projects in earthworks, utilities, and infrastructure • Manage budget, forecasts, and results • Drive projects from startup to final inspection • Handle client contacts, construction meetings, and subcontractors • Ensure quality, environmental compliance, and workplace safety • Work with change orders, documentation, and financial follow-up • Coordinate internal and external resources • Direct production and ensure project progress • Contribute to long-term customer relationships and business development We Are Looking for Someone Who • Has several years of experience as a site manager, project manager, or equivalent in civil and infrastructure construction • Is experienced in independently managing contract projects with full responsibility for budgeting and production • Has experience in earthworks, utilities, cable installation, or similar infrastructure • Is confident in client communication and project management • Has a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up • Has good experience reading drawings and managing project documentation • Communicates fluently in Swedish • Has a valid driver's license (category B) Meritorious • Post-secondary education in construction and infrastructure • Experience with municipal or public clients • Experience with utilities projects • Experience with large-scale earthworks and infrastructure contracts What We Offer Here you'll get a role with great freedom, clear responsibility, and the opportunity to have an impact.
