Peab Östergötland needs to strengthen its organization on the contracting side with an experienced Site Manager. Our projects are located throughout the region.
The role of Site Manager
Working as a Site Manager with us means exciting workdays with a focus on coordination, management and occupational health issues. Your work tasks include planning and leading production from project start to final inspection, and taking responsibility for personnel, finances, quality, environment and occupational health. In addition, you will be responsible for budget, schedule, logistics and resources for your projects, conducting continuous follow-ups to ensure efficiency and delivery, managing daily planning and production, financial monitoring, and customer and employee relations. To support your work, you will have, in addition to your immediate manager, a project manager and work supervisor, support functions such as estimation, KMA, procurement and HR.
We are looking for someone with a construction engineering background and a couple of years of experience in a leadership position where responsibility for personnel and finances has been included. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.
